With expected afternoon temperatures in the mid-90s, Gaudin Ford will be cooling down Las Vegas residents on Saturday while also supporting a great cause.
Starting at noon, Gaudin Ford will donate $100 to the ALS Association for every person who participates in the Ice Bucket Challenge at the dealership located at 6625 Roy Horn Way. Gaudin Ford will provide the ice and buckets and will film it on the participant’s behalf.
“We had such a great time doing our own video, we wanted everyone to join in the fun for a great cause,” said Wesley Gregg, general manager at Gaudin Ford. “We’re happy to help anyone who wishes to raise money and awareness for this cause.”
Gaudin Ford accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge over the weekend after being challenged by their advertising agency, Tier10. The dealership in turn challenged a couple of local competitors in a sign of good sportsmanship. They also challenged “8 News Now” Anchor Brian Loftus, who accepted the challenge on air.
Gaudin Ford’s original Ice Bucket Challenge video can be found on their Facebook page.
